Refuel command only affects Deuterium tank A - bridge does not show tank B

Reproduction: launch a new vessel in flight-ready status. Observe fuel levels on bridge (close to full). In engineering look also at tank levels of the deuterium tanks A and B. Enter in the command "/refuel". Only deuterium tank A is shown at 10%. Tank B is unaffected. On the bridge, only tank A status is reflected on the screen, as opposed to the total tank status of A+B for the same fuel type.
